Abstract interface for the command line interface.

It defines:

methods:
run - Parses command line arguments and executes selected command strategy.
is_initialized - Checks if the CLI is initialized.
_abc_impl = <_abc._abc_data object>
_is_protocol = True
_is_runtime_protocol = True
is_initialized() → bool[source]

Checks if the CLI is initialized.

Returns:

True if initialized, False otherwise.

Exceptions:

None.

run() → dict[str, object][source]

Parses command line arguments and executes selected command strategy.

Returns:

The execution result.
